1. Taking into consideration the demand by Tokyo Metoropolitan office and the government, we decided to basically work at home until the lift of the emergency status declaration.


2. Employees and executives would avoid to come to the office if his/her body temperature measures 37 degree or higher at home. It goes the same if there is any problem of fatigue or any symptom of taste disorder.


3. We make sure that a meeting will be conducted based on teleconference in order to avoid crowdings..


4. We prevent ourselves from travelling both at home and abroad as a basic rule.


5. We keep ourselves from having a meeting with customers or among insiders. As for the case where it’s inevitable, we will make sure we wear masks and avoid crowded situation.


6. If it were the case where we report infection within the company, we would follow the order of public health office and do utmost to prevent infection from expanding.


We would prioritize safety and security of the employees and insiders and maintain sustainable operation according to the suggestion by the government and maintain sustainable operation.
